Data collection
a.) Data collection by connecting to the site
Users can visit our site without providing information on their own
person. During each access to the site, the web server will memorize
automatically only a log file containing, for example, the file name
required, its pseudonymised IP address, the date and time of access, the
amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data) and that
documents the link.
Such access data will be analyzed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring
the proper functioning of the site and the improvement of our offer. this
measure is aimed at safeguarding our prevailing legitimate interests, resulting from
a weighting of interests, related to the correct presentation of our
offer pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, paragraph 1, letter f of the RGPD. All data of
access will be deleted within seven days of the date on which it was visited
site.
b) Contractual data
We collect, process and store the data provided by users at the moment
registration on the site and / or for the purchase of our products.
When filling in the registration forms / order forms
with the entry of name, address (including e-mail address) and details on
related order (including payment details) personal data is collected.
The insertion of such data and their transmission are at the discretion of the
customer. Only personal data absolutely necessary for the collection will be collected
the execution of the contract. The collected data will be kept only for the period
time required and granted under the contractual agreements and in compliance
of the applicable law.
Legal basis for data processing

presume that there is a legitimate interest if the interested party is a (possible)
manager's account.
Safety
In the framework of the processing provided for in the contract pursuant to Article 28 of the RGPD, a
established manager will provide for us the hosting services of the online store and the collected data
in this context. This measure is aimed at safeguarding our prevailing legitimate interests,
resulting from a weighting of interests, linked to the correct presentation of the
our offer pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, paragraph 1, letter f) of the RGPD. All data
collected as part of the use of the site or in the appropriate forms available in the online store,
as described below, will be processed on the servers of the aforementioned operator by attributing
the utmost importance to data protection and using only centers of
calculation certified according to the highest ISO safety standards.
